![]() The 2022 Overwatch League Countdown Cup Pre-Playoff Qualifying Tournament is currently underway, beginning on Friday, September 23 and scheduled to conclude on Sunday, October 23. The other 2 are global tournaments, with all teams competing against each other in the same bracket. 2 of these tournaments are regional, in which there is an East Bracket and Bracket. There are 4 tournaments spread out across 24 weeks in Season 5 of Overwatch. There are matches every Saturday and Sunday until the end of October. This is a Qualifying Event for the end of year Playoffs. The Overwatch League is currently in the middle of the Countdown Cup. The largest amount on offer at any one tournament is 1 million dollars for the winner of the 2022 Playoff Grand Finals. This is split across 2 Global and 2 Regional Tournaments.
